I first came across MP Property Maintenance a few years ago to aerate my lawn. They did a great job at a great price. Last year, I had them aerate my lawn again, same great job, and same great price! We discussed them doing their 5 step lawn fertilizing program, and as he said he would be back in the spring to quote. Pricing was much less than what Scott’s cost last year, so we went with MP. Everything he said he has done, and more. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!
